Worst thing is. I think I did the same thing yesterday :/ The prarrie canoe thing is that I habitually hit the left lane out of habit because I prefer to leave the 'fast lane' free for vehicles who want to pass me or whatever.

They really should write 'BUS' on the road in massive letters to let you know... oh... ?

Can't really make a bus lane more obvious unless it had a bus on it!

started increasing my ride height (by 1cm) - used the same measurement point on the coilovers. (the point between the two small collars) now my right rear seems to be *much* higher than my left rear. fck.

Painted a few rusty things. anti-rust-coating oiled the coilovers. Fitted the meshs, which aren't too bad on the sports brakes. (10cm spacers up front, 5mm spacers rear) oh and fitted an NRG quick release. thin job. rather good after a little ptfe spray

omg that is genuinely exciting is it going to move any time soon? I drove it out of the garage, fiddled with it in the sunshine and have just driven it back in again for the night. I've taxed it from tomorrow so will be out and about autotuning as soon as I've wired the indicators up again.

Today my '5 will be back on the road, after it was SORN'd back in November. It looks like the weather might be better in May so I'll give it a few outings.

Had a look on youtube for some things from my white car.
Is that a 9k revlimit ? I thought it was 8K. this video looks like it is a bit higher..
also it had different gauges then, but the fuel guage did work once upon a time..

Gave it a damn good thrashing on some country roads whilst chasing my friend down in his 3.0 Beemer. Suffice to say a tatty standard MK2 MX5 is bloody awesome on country roads. Mazda did something right first time round. Been around these cars for a good few years now and that smile you get when on a twisty road is.. the best. Roll on my Wales trip!
