worked on the smurf... topped up fluids.. fitted a jass cooling panel replaced the ashtray with a moss cupholder thing (just looks better than the empty space) fitted some bits I got from garagestar - spark cover, delrin door bushes and the heavy but sexy oil filler cap ditched the spare wheel because no point having it now.... switched to the volks because I'm getting the bbk fitted next week and I think the bbk will fit under them tried to fit some other interior things but no go it's also going onto the meisters next week, atm it remains the 'offroadster'

That would be awesome, cheers. Saves me from doing my current plan which is buying some classic chrome style mirrors! lol. If you want some free classic style chrome/SS bullet mirrors I've got some. Dad bought them for his car but the glass is super magnified. So would need some new glass/moved to actual front wings/live with them

That would be awesome, cheers. Saves me from doing my current plan which is buying some classic chrome style mirrors! lol. We haven't found it yet. It must be in that secret place.. you know the one where you hide stuff that's important. If i find it.. I'll bring it! Might be worth giving Ron the flocker a tinkle, I know he did have some of my old mirrors i gave him with semi decent bits inside them.. I know that because I smashed the glass changing her mirror and had to steal my glass back.

Fitted a new clutch slave. I hate rusted brake pipe fixings.

Bought a radiator from Fast5 to replace my holy one. Hopefully should be a straight swap, but I have to figure out why it decided to find God all of a sudden. The fans are the number one suspect right now...

yep its a direct fit, I had to cut about 1cm out of the fan housing to get the fan back on though, still easily done. Should take you longer to jack the car up than to replace the rad

Swapped steering over to depowered rack. Started to put the std waterworks all back in as well (i had got a shortened water pump inlet to help with routing, but that introduced some leaks), and shortened the route for the intercooler.
Just waiting for oil drain flange to be welded up with the right fitting for my sexy new oil drain pipe.
Then it will all be back to Choo Choo status.

Broke down. Well technically it wouldn't start. Weird. Seems to have a flat battery but it was fine yesterday and all I've changed is fitting the Induction kit. Didn't leave anything on but it's flat as a panckake.
