LOL what .. how'd that happen ? almost reminds me of a drifty setup. Other halfs car, we had to overhaul most of the front bits for MOT this year. I told her to get i5 done at the time, now she needs two new tyres. Lol. No longer drives like a bag of prarrie canoee though. Edit: also it's probably never been done in 25 years.

Waxed it using Bilt hamber wax, made a right mess, think I need to get the clay bar out and start again.

Resprayed the wiper arms satin black, look better than the waxed bonnet, marked one of them refitting so will give it a touch up when I paint the scuttle panel

Picked up a set of stainless tow hooks off ebay, seller said they were made by someone from nutz. Went over them with a flap wheel on my grinder, brushed look atm but will take them off sometime and give them some attention with some wet and dry. £22 for the pair, not to bad. Need some M10 x 1.25 bolts for the fronts. One of my refreshed wiper arms We won't go into the state of the wax on the bonnet........................

Your refreshed wiper arm looks great too.

Took the other half to do an autosolo. My attempt to turn her into a Moorhead. She was about 5 seconds slower than me in fear of breaking my car.
This was one of my runs

Thanks, I went with stainless as it matches the tailpipe, zoom filler and hardtop catches and takes your eye off the 24 year old paint lol Used Simoniz satin tough paint on the wiper arms, really rate the product, no primer, just degrease, flat back the old paint and give it a couple of light coats, I've done a test piece on one of my sills and its stood up to everything our great weather can throw at it so far, if it survives winter I'll paint the sills both sides.

Managed to break off a piece of a barbed hose adapter, in the cam cover!
Then spent 30 minutes fishing it out. FML.

My Old School Tuning cooling panel turned all sorts of colours so gave it a couple of coats of paint, not the best finish I admit but its all one colour and I managed to get it back in without scratching it While I was in the painting mood I gave the brake stopper a couple of coats Utility room/spray booth.......and I wonder why I'm single....
