I have now had a couple of gentle drives with the new ITBs Due to the fact that I have gone from 42mm to 45mm size the map needed to be richened up for each cell. I got around a lot of the issues by changing the TPS settings to give more definition at lower throttle openings I left it alone after 80 percent. An example would be bringing the 5 percent values and making that line represent 2 percent throttle. I have also manually enriched some cells as well as using autotune. The car is now reasonably driveable and has had a few trips into work using 30 mph urban roads or 70 mph dual lane roads the fueling is getting close but still has a few lean cells. I have a rolling road tune session booked for next wednesday afternoon. As the map is still way off I have only been using gentle acceleration.

Yeah, you def will need more granularity on smaller throttle inputs running the TPS as primary load, been educating myself a little more on this recently.

Hi Batou, My Eunos was build up from a rust free bare shell as I built it I built an 1800cc engine up on a set of Danst ITBs I had already changed the TPS cells but did not have enough definition below 40 mph. I am using a Gen 2 ME221. I had a Gen 1 fitted to my previous Eunos and it was swapped into this car then upgraded to a Gen 2. The car has made 172 BHP which was dialled back to 169 BHP I have upped the rev limit to 8000 rpm and changed the exhaust manifold / system and gone to the BBR ITBs so I am hoping for a bit more once its tuned properly.
The Avatar is as it was before the expensive exhaust an ITB swap.
The car has to be a daily driver and hooligan ASBO car.

Now lets talk about that !!
Eunos Roadster ITBs and straight through 2 1/2" Exhaust.
1993 CBR600 aftermarket straight through Exhaust.
1934 Austin Seven Sports Straight through Exhaust.
Volvo V70 Barge its quiet !!! and no fun whatsoever but has got a tow hitch.
So I must be only 3/4s Asbo Hooligan with a Flat Cap.
I used to have an MGB Roadster Weber 45 Dcoe no air cleaner and straight through Exhaust. Also A Holbay engined Hillman Hunter twin 40 Dcoe had air cleaner and a straight through exhaust. A 1968 AH Sprite also straight through Exhaust. Cant remember if the MG Midget had a straight through Exhaust. Berkley T60 straight through Exhaust.
Oh Dear I feel Quite Exhausted.

Around here, the "boys in blue" often park behind a bush eating donuts and drinking coffee, just watching the traffic.
Anything the slightest bit unusual, and on go the flashing lights, and they are away at high speed, anticipating a bit of fun.

Gosh Lucky you. Actually having boys in Blue around !!!
I have been stopped 4 times since 1979 !!! Never for anything that was actually naughty. ( Just driving odd vehicles in a spirited manner or in the small hours ) The funniest one was being stopped driving my 1934 Austin Seven and being accused of speeding around a roundabout in a 40MPH limit with traffic lights on it. I think the Plod in question got suprised when I drove past his nose in a 12 foot long noisy small car. He then followed me for three miles in a 70 MPH limit before stopping me. He was pissed off that I found it so funny. ( The car will only do 72 MPH downhill with a following wind )

The car will only do 72 MPH downhill with a following wind that's not bad for a '65 Rich.
