Anybody got pics of a set up where the throttle bodies are inclined upward to allow filters over the throttle bodies clear of the brake servo? Also links to build logs for homebrew setups?

Jenvey 1.6 kit is angled up. The standard 40mm trumpets fit with the corresponding sausage filter without problems with the brake servo. Clutch resevior is a tight squeeze however. Longer trumnpets will fit if the brake prop valve is repositioned. I'm mid way through doing this. Will post pics on my build thread soon.

Jenvey have drawings of their manifolds on their website, think it's a 20 deg incline.

I am desperate to be a part of this all, but with my other project on the go I cant realistically start fitting ITBs to mine for at least 6 months. Hopefully someone here is going to do a how to guide for when I'm finally able to get in on the game... (please!)

Thought I might chime in since I'm in the middle of an itb build screencast1.6 manifold chopped and gsxr 600 throttle bodies. Still work in progress though.

Being an Old Git.
I took the RS to the MX5OC Gaydon Rally the other weekend.
The driving challenge was awsome fun.
Whilst having a wander around the trade stall I found something very interesting on the BBR stand. They had a Mk2.5 fitted with Direct to Head ITBs which featured a built in Idle air control system. They displayed a Dyno Print out as well
They also had a set off the car but they were attached to the scuttle with tie wraps so I could not get a good fondle of them. ( I did ask the nice man if I could fondle his ITBs ) they looked well sorted except for the throttle cable connection which was in a position which would make it all but impossible to fit an airbox with the intake facing forward. This could be sorted out by the time they are officially released.
The have not been released yet this is a preveiw. They should be officially launched in the next couple of months. I will be watching the BBR website with interest. Could be a Chrimbo Pressy for the Project Car.

Hi Folks, Just a heads up on my project ITB car, Its at the rolling road for full ECU tune unfortunately I had a phone call today to say that the company has gone into lockdown for three weeks. The good news is 172 BHP achieved so far, I do not know if a raised rev limit will gain more. Its at a 7500 RPM limit at the moment, if power is still building at the limit then a forged bottom end is on the cards.
Keep yourselves safe
Cheers Dickie

I machined a new backplate for the ITG sausage filter so that it offset the filter away from my master cylinder when using Jenveys on a Westfield.
