...Now waiting on delivery of some shorter bolts.. I guess you don't own a grinder? What bolts are you needing. I've got far more sizes than I should ever need!.

No, not yet. That is next month's fun purchase. I bought 10 M8 16mm bolts for like £1.50 (high tensile, obvs. I do actually *care* about my passengers) so I can continue adding to my random fixings collection

Put a 2 ft breaker bar on a rear A arm long bolt, leant a 15 stone man on it and it didn't move.
Eventually it did move a little. An hour later both long bolts were out, intact, due to patience, Plusgas and a mallet. Win. Then in triumph I set about the camber bolts and snapped them. Twats.

Thanks for the feedback, chaps I think I posted before about my reservations, but I guess it boils down to whether the standard (non-locking?) bolts allow some 'slip' in the system, so that if you unexpectedly drop into a bomb crater cunningly disguised as a pothole your alignment goes out-of-whack rather than a wishbone snapping?? If the better bolts transmit more of the sudden impact loads into the wishbones etc. (especially when running polybushes) then I fear something breaking! lol

Personally the lack of anecdotal evidence about people buying the skidnation bolts and that happening is reassuring enough for me
But it would of course be typical that I'd be the first one it happened to should I fit them...
