Yeah I meant filter lol Hmm, depends on the job really. Basic servicing, engine oil, diffs, gearbox, coolant and brakes not really problem, yet to find out what its like to work on the awd system or engine components though.

mmm millers. interesting, not rx8 filter ? Use the same Nano cfs 10W50 on both cars to make life easier. Ha, no, I think they are a little longer and may foul the undertray, but I'm using the black jdm filters in this, not the "inferior" blue ones Zed. good to know re the gearbox, everytime you hard launch one of these you have to decide which job you want to do first and balance accordingly.... clutch or rebuilding gearbox, maybe both

Figured out why my windows are slow, took the drivers side window out and the guide bushing just fell to pieces... Anyone whos done the regreasing job and pulled the windows out will know how hard they are too buy, always out of stock. I've cleaned the window, and proper cleaned and regreased the runners and refitted, luckily the Mk2 guide bushings will fit so two on order from Autolink, I'm not touching the passenger side until they arrive though.

Today has seen some buffing of the engine bay after an ARC Chamber and Blitz induction kit was fitted yesterday....... standard engine bay issue after work done on the engine - dirty finger marks etc! I also fitted some fancy new valve caps this morning. Yep, a long and time consuming job that was

Almost sat in the driver's seat today. Definitely had some stale air inside when I opened the door, plus the garage is damp so I'll be getting some dehumidifier stuff in there next weekend

Stripped the head down ready to send away to get the valve stem seals fitted (once I buy them), stripped out the passenger side seat and trim to prepare for protecting the inner sill.
Thought I'd try fit a door bar along with my Cobra Clubmans, I don't think they'll fit. Clubmans are wide and metal framed so there's no wiggle room, so listed the buckets, if they don't sell I'll list the door bars instead.
Also sourced a stock pulley, charge tube and yellow rx8 injectors for my M62 build.

Ooh that's a snazzy flap! Had to drop the whole undertray on my Legacy wagon, and reach up through a bend in the downpipe to get at the filter, a right pain. Your foz is probably the same engine block so might have to investigate making it remote...

Did a little bit of touching up under the bonnet as one of the joins near the firewall had a little surface rust so cleaned it, treated, sanded, zinc primered and paint to keep it at bay. Anyone know where to order or a part number for those little clips that hold the pipes to the firewall? These things... PXL_20201123_145945844.PORTRAIT(Thats a cat hair on the desk in the pic not a crack in your phone/screen ) What stickers you been buying in that envelope? This one... I got the Road&ster but thats for the "workshop" Ooh that's a snazzy flap! Your foz is probably the same engine block so might have to investigate making it remote... It is a rather tidy flap/port, easily get your whole hand and even a few tools in there if you can't get the job done with just your hand.... Its an EJ255 Foz STI if that helps
