Old manifold was a G19 Log Manifold - my car is one of the first car that had a G19 kit on it.
New manifold is a G19 Evo2 Manifold, which I've *also* had Ceramic Coated... - I've reused the old G19 downpipe.

Mind sharing photos of your recirculating dumpvalve setup? How is the dv attached and piped?
My 5 is still in the workshop but I just ordered parts for the turbo conversion (slightly mad ...)

Mind sharing photos of your recirculating dumpvalve setup? How is the dv attached and piped? My 5 is still in the workshop but I just ordered parts for the turbo conversion (slightly mad ...) This is how I plumbed it - pretty much straight across the engine bay, cool side to the intake.    A more ideal setup would be a close setup between the hot side of the turbo and a short pipe back to the intake, but this is good enough and keeps the noise down. |

I run std original mk1 seats on this car. I think they're the best seats. But you know, 30yo seats... Saw jass has a new product.. some Bolsters for the original seats. Feels much firmer.. Blue car is stealthy, quieter and ultimately faster everywhere but corners. I'd want a BRG mk1 if I had to have a third.............. |
